Stephanie "Steph" Mitchell

People are Steph’s passion! She loves networking and making connections with those around her. This translates well into real estate – her clients feel well taken care of and the contacts she makes through her local business networking group allow her to recommend the very best in contractors, inspectors, lawyers and mortgage brokers.  Steph received a Bachelors degree from the University of Western Ontario and began her career as a financial advisor/mortgage agent. This knowledge base enables her to offer sound advice to clients looking to buy or sell the most important investment they own. Steph and her husband Mark have three children who are heavily involved in the local hockey community. 

Elsbeth "Elle" Potvin

Elle is no stranger to relocation.  She’s lived in various cities and towns throughout Ontario and Quebec - and as a child, even called Malaysia home for a few years. These experiences gave her a solid understanding of what attributes you should look for in a community  - and the importance of having a good Realtor to find the perfect home within that community. After receiving her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario, Elle was a stay-at-home mom for a number of years before pursuing a career in marketing and advertising.  Her passion has always been real estate, however, so when she felt the timing was right, she dove right in full-time and hasn’t looked back.  When she’s not out at a listing appointment or showing homes, you can usually find Elle at the pool with her three kids.

Daphnée 'Daph' Prinzen

With a dynamic background in education, marketing strategy, and client care, Daphnée is the ultimate multitasker who keeps things running like a well-oiled (and beautifully branded) machine. After an 8+ year career in Education Technology and Sales/Marketing & Customer Success, she transitioned into real estate and is now a registered Realtor proudly serving Durham Region alongside the Steph & Elle Real Estate Team.

Blending strategic marketing expertise with a strong client-first approach, Daphnée ensures every listing is thoughtfully positioned and every buyer feels confident and supported. Known for elevating client communications and executing impactful campaigns and events, she brings creativity, clarity, and care to every step of the process.

Outside of real estate, Daphnée’s world revolves around her two little ones and her passion for healthy living. A certified personal trainer specializing in pre- and postnatal fitness, and a former McGill varsity volleyball player, she brings energy, discipline, and a winning mindset to everything she does.
