People are Steph’s passion! She loves networking and making connections with those around her. This translates well into
real estate – her clients feel well taken care of and the contacts she makes through her local business networking group
allow her to recommend the very best in contractors, inspectors, lawyers and mortgage brokers. Steph received a
Bachelors degree from the University of Western Ontario and began her career as a financial advisor/mortgage agent. This
knowledge base enables her to offer sound advice to clients looking to buy or sell the most important investment they
own. Steph and her husband Mark have three children who are heavily involved in the local hockey community.
Elsbeth "Elle" Potvin
Elle is no stranger to relocation. She’s lived in various cities and towns throughout Ontario and Quebec - and as
a child, even called Malaysia home for a few years. These experiences gave her a solid understanding of what attributes
you should look for in a community - and the importance of having a good Realtor to find the perfect home within
that community. After receiving her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario, Elle was a stay-at-home
mom for a number of years before pursuing a career in marketing and advertising. Her passion has always been real
estate, however, so when she felt the timing was right, she dove right in full-time and hasn’t looked back. When
she’s not out at a listing appointment or showing homes, you can usually find Elle at the pool with her three kids.

Daphnée 'Daph' Prinzen
With a dynamic background in education, marketing strategy, and client care, Daphnée is the ultimate multitasker who
knows how to keep things running like a well-oiled (and beautifully branded) machine! She's masterminded impactful
campaigns, elevated client communications, and flawlessly executed everything from product launches to unforgettable
appreciation events. She's here to make sure every client detail is handled with care, creativity, and a touch of
sparkle. When she's not dazzling us at the office, Daphnée's world revolves around her two little ones and her love of
healthy living. A certified personal trainer with a specialty in pre- and postnatal fitness, she's always whipping up
nutritious meals (and probably sneaking veggies into something delicious). Oh - and did we mention she's a former
varsity volleyball player from McGill University? Whether she's smashing marketing or fitness goals, Daphnée brings
energy, focus, and a winning mindset.
